DEPOSITS
SkyBlue Ballooning requires a 100% deposit upon booking. This keeps costs down by preventing undue credit charges. Additionally, upon arrival at the launch site, all can concentrate on the flight ahead.
REFUNDS
It is SkyBlue Ballooning's policy to NOT offer refunds.
SkyBlue Ballooning carries a limited number of passengers at a time. By making a reservation for a balloon ride, you have filled a spot preventing us from taking other reservations.
CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations less than 48 hours from flight time will result in fortfeiture of flight deposit. Cancellations greater than 48 hours from flight time will be rescheduled. No refunds will be given.
In the event of inclement weather, the flight will be rescheduled at the earliest mutually convenient time. No refund is offered.
